Rocky Road Touring provides tour booking and marketing service for artists across the US and Europe. Never has an artist’s live development been more integral to their success and financial viability thank in today’s evolving market. Even if the artist’s has a Label or Management that are willing to finance low-level, until the artist achieves a level of market profitability, securing an agent is almost impossible. This puts many artists in a catch-22 situation.
Our services are not only for those with Label support. Many artists today are producing self-releases and booking their own tours regionally and internationally. The have circumvented the conventional system of label/release driven funding and are operating like small businesses. Many of these artists have gained a loyal and consistent following and primarily through their live revenue are they able to finance the building of their own websites, produce/record records, manufacture merchandise, and hire independent publicists. Even these bands that book their own tours with some measure of success recognize the need for a booking agent to take them to the next level.
Rocky Road Touring has the experience and skills to negotiate better deals and the expertise to develop their artist’s live careers. By offering a made-to-measure fee based system we can provide a dynamic, client orientated service. Rocky Road Touring can tailor a campaign to suit particular needs including booking, marketing/promotion and artist development/consultancy.
Furthermore, you can have the flexibility to work on a month-by-month or tour-by-tour basis, we can amend your deal to fit your developing need and/or assume full representation on a more permanent basis.
